Supplies:
- glass base. I used small bottle for sauce, you can use any other glass
- stained glass paint
- contour liners
- metallic paint
- acrylic thread
- thin brush
- sponge
- double-sided sticky tape
- solvent, scissors, pencil, napkins, cotton swabs.
First you have to degrease glass, wipe it with a solvent.
Then I drew on paper leaves. You don't need to draw all details, just contours, everything else you will finish by contour liner in the end.
Сut leaves and fix them to sticky tape
Now you need cut leaves along the contour together with sticky tape. Remember that you do not need all details such as leaf stalks.
Stick leaves to the vase.
Paint all the surface with the sponge
After the paint is completely dry (the average is one to two hours) gently unstick the tape with leaves.
You can help yourself stationery knife, hooking edge of tape.
Now you can draw edges of your leaves with contour liner, I used gold and bronze color.
Let lines dry a bit and then paint empty pieces with stained glass paint. Here I also used two colors - dark green and light green.
After the paint is dry draw leaf stalks and fibers.
To make an accent I decorated vase with acrylic thread two-tone shade of green. Use glue to attach the thread.
Here you are!
